Cancellation policy

Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Some courses and offerings at Hālau Leset may be available as recurring subscriptions, pre-registrations, or trial sessions. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of registrations.

Subscriptions

  • When you purchase a subscription, you are registering for repeat classes delivered on a recurring schedule (e.g., monthly or weekly).

  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically based on the subscription plan you select.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to continue, you may cancel before the next billing cycle.

  • If you want to cancel or adjust your subscription, you may do so at any time. Order confirmation emails include links where you can manage your subscription.

  • Please see our Class Registration & Refund Policy for details on attendance, make-ups, and refunds.

Pre-Registration

  • Pre-registration allows you to reserve a spot in a course or session before it becomes available.

  • You may be charged in full at registration, or we may collect a partial deposit and store your payment method to charge the remaining balance once the course begins.

  • You may cancel a pre-registration prior to the course start date. Once the course has started, cancellations are not allowed, though you may contact us regarding exceptional circumstances.

  • Please see our Class Registration & Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Trial Classes (“Try Before You Buy”)

  • From time to time, Hālau Leset may offer a trial class so that you can experience a course before committing.

  • When registering, we may authorize your payment method but will not collect full payment until you confirm enrollment.

  • You will have a set time period (specified at registration) to decide whether to continue. If you do not cancel within that period, your payment method will be charged for the full course.
