Refund policy
Class Registration & Refund Policy
At Hālau Leset, our courses are registered on a recurring monthly or weekly basis. Once you register, your payment reserves your lesson spot for the session(s). Because each registration holds a space that could otherwise be filled by another student, all sales are considered final.
Attendance & Missed Classes

Failure to attend a class is not grounds for a refund.

In special circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency), you may contact the Hālau Leset team to request a make-up class. A list of available make-up options will be provided, subject to scheduling and availability.

Make-up classes are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance by the course instructor.
Refunds

In general, refunds will not be issued, as registration prevents another student from signing up.

Refunds may only be granted under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the course admin.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Cancellations & Program Adjustments

If Hālau Leset must cancel a class or program, students will be offered either a make-up class or a full refund for that session.

We reserve the right to adjust scheduling due to weather, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to participants.
