Refund policy

Class Registration & Refund Policy

At Hālau Leset, our courses are registered on a recurring monthly or weekly basis. Once you register, your payment reserves your lesson spot for the session(s). Because each registration holds a space that could otherwise be filled by another student, all sales are considered final.

Attendance & Missed Classes

  • Failure to attend a class is not grounds for a refund.

  • In special circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency), you may contact the Hālau Leset team to request a make-up class. A list of available make-up options will be provided, subject to scheduling and availability.

  • Make-up classes are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance by the course instructor.

Refunds

  • In general, refunds will not be issued, as registration prevents another student from signing up.

  • Refunds may only be granted under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the course admin.

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Cancellations & Program Adjustments

  • If Hālau Leset must cancel a class or program, students will be offered either a make-up class or a full refund for that session.

  • We reserve the right to adjust scheduling due to weather, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to participants.
